AAATA PROPOSED DBE GOALS FOR FY 2024– FY 2026

Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority (AAATA) has established a goal of 3.2% for its Disadvantaged Business Enterprises Program for fiscal years 2024 through 2026.  This goal will be reached by using 2.2% race neutral means and 1% race conscious means.
  
The proposed goal and its rationale have been developed in accordance with the Federal Transit Administration’s regulations 49 CFR Part 26. The goal and rationale are available for inspection by contacting Purchasing@theride.org for 30 days following the date of this notice.
 
The Federal Transit Administration and AAATA will accept comments on the goal for 30 days from the date of this notice. Inquiries may be directed to the following:
