The August 15, 2024 AAATA Board of Directors Meeting will not meet the attendance quorum. The absence of a quorum prevents Board actions/decisions but attending members will still review and informally discuss agenda items. The Public Hearing regarding the Budget is deferred to the September 19, 2024 AAATA Board of Directors Meeting.
