Allows cardholder to ride fixed route service for a reduced fare. For low-income residents, senior citizens ages 60-64, and people with disabilities who have not qualified for an ADA Card.

Issued with:

1. A valid state ID card or valid drivers license.
2. Valid proof of Medicaid/Medicare card or written authorization from a participating social service agency.
